Since when have you been working at cicé?
Since November 2017. At that time, I was still working a mini-job.
What are your tasks at cicé?
Processing orders, checking packages, sending samples—these tasks structure my day at cicé. In the marketing team, I am responsible for developing new ideas and, together with Johanna, for marketing controlling. I'm also responsible for our international marketing because I speak five languages fluently. And I'm responsible for our plastic-free shipping, for which we have everything produced in Germany, from the boxes to the greeting cards.
What is your favorite cicé product?
It's very difficult to decide, but right now I couldn't imagine my skin without Day Care, Night Care, and Skin Booster.
Annika Schulze
Since when have you been working at cicé?
Since 2015 – I was the company's first trainee.
What are your tasks at cicé?
I supervise our products from the initial idea and first laboratory samples through to the final quality control. I keep an eye on everything from timing, purchase prices, and print data to laboratory values. Together with my small team, I also manage our warehouse and inventory control. In addition, I am responsible for our accounting together with Catharina and Giuliana and for our controlling together with Bernadette, so I know all the figures at cicé inside out.
What is your favorite cicé product?
My favorite product is the Skin Booster – whether in summer or winter. It makes my skin look well nourished and more even.
Jessica Baah
Since when have you been working at cicé?
I have been part of the cicé team since March 2025.
What are your tasks at cicé?
My tasks include writing invoices and packing our orders with attention to detail. We always include a personal greeting card. I also take care of the packaging and quality control of our products and keep an eye on everything in warehouse management: I check stock levels and make sure that everything has its place in the warehouse and that everything runs smoothly.
What is your favorite cicé product?
My absolute favorite product is the Skin Booster because it instantly refreshes my skin in the morning. In the evening, I love the combination of Toner and Cleansing Foam. For me, it's the perfect mix to remove all impurities and prepare the skin optimally for the night.

Since summer 2022
What are your tasks at cicé?
I am responsible for our warehouse management. This includes accepting deliveries, weekly inventories, and regular quality controls. I am also responsible for packing the products in boxes. My daily tasks include processing orders and packing parcels for our customers. Our packages are checked by two employees before they leave our premises to ensure that everything is 100% correct.
What is your favorite cicé product?
My favorites are the Color Corrector and Skin Booster.
Catharina von Rogister
Since when have you been working at cicé?
Since it was founded in 2007
What are your tasks at cicé?
In the management team, I am responsible for accounting, compliance, systems, processes, and our warehouse. Bernadette and I handle HR issues together. One of us is responsible for all other areas, and we exchange information. Almost every day, I deal with legal compliance, digitization, and optimization of internal processes, as well as warehouse management. I work particularly closely—and very well—with Annika, Giuliana, and Jessica in this area.

What are your tasks at cicé?
My main areas of responsibility are marketing, sales, and customer service. Together with my marketing team, I develop and coordinate our campaigns and offers. I enjoy designing newsletters and stories with Johanna's great photos and making sure that our online shop is up to date in terms of content and technology. Together with Bernadette, I take care of customer inquiries around the clock. We get a lot of good feedback for our quick and personal responses.
What is your favorite cicé product?
There are many that I wouldn't want to be without. These definitely include the Hydro Mask, the Peeling Serum, the Eye Care, and the Skin Booster!
Johanna Voigt

Since February 15, 2009
What are your tasks at cicé?
In the marketing team, I am responsible for trend scouting and controlling—as well as for texts and images. We produce most of the images in-house, and I take care of all steps from brainstorming to setting up to production. I also process orders and sample requests on a daily basis and resolve shipping issues with DHL. And then I'm responsible for everything aesthetic: if something needs to be calligraphied or we need floral decorations for a shoot, that's my job.
What is your favorite cicé product?
I can't do without Eye Care and Hydro Mask. The Skin Booster is also pretty great.
Giuliana Bassi

I have been with cicé since April 2025
What are your tasks at cicé?
I process orders, pack parcels, and am responsible for the packaging and quality control of our products as well as our warehouse. Here, I keep track of the bookings and stocks of our products, samples, and shipping cartons. I am also responsible for ensuring that our office is equipped with all the necessary work materials at all times. In addition, I support Annika in accounting by checking, recording, or filing receipts.
What is your favorite cicé product?
My favorite product is the Peeling Serum: I have been struggling with blemishes and pigmentation spots for a long time, and when I use it overnight, I feel like “new” the next morning! And I love its scent!
Bernadette Brysch

What are your tasks at cicé?
I am responsible for marketing, customer service, controlling, and product development in the management team. I regularly consult with Catharina on these matters. I am supported in marketing by Inken, Johanna, and Olga, and in product development by Annika. A typical working week for me definitely includes communicating with our influencers, designing a newsletter, and liquidity planning.
What is your favorite cicé product?
My all-time favorite is the Day Care. Currently, my second favorite product is our Skin Booster.
