§ 1 Description of the ordering process and conclusion of the contract
(1) With the presentation of our products we would like to invite you without obligation to order in our online shop. By clicking on the corresponding button below each product, you place the products you have selected "in the shopping basket". If you follow the button "To the shopping cart", the products you have placed in the shopping cart will be displayed. In this area you can vary the quantity of the products or remove them from the shopping basket.
(2) Follow the button "Continue to order".
a. Here you can "Create a new customer account". In this case your customer data will be saved in our customer database. The ordering process will then be more convenient for your next order, as you will not have to re-enter all the data necessary for processing the order.
b. If you prefer to "Order without registration", this is of course also possible.
c. If you are already registered with us and have set up a customer account with your last order, you can log in again after entering your e-mail address and password in the corresponding fields by clicking on the "Log in" field.
(3) Your order, which you trigger by clicking the "Order subject to payment" button, then constitutes a binding offer to us. After sending the order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of the order and listing the details of your order once again. This confirms the contract and at the same time constitutes acceptance of your offer.
§ 2 Payment options and terms of payment
(1) For deliveries within Germany, the following payment methods are available: Prepayment via bank transfer, PayPal, PayPal "Pay Later", Google Pay, Credit card, Apple Pay, SEPA direct debit and Invoice (available from the second order onwards).
For international deliveries, the following payment options are available: Prepayment via bank transfer, PayPal, PayPal "Pay Later", Google Pay, Credit card, Apple Pay and Invoice (available from the second order onwards)
For orders from the Netherlands, iDEAL is also available as a payment option.

(3) Prepayment via Bank Transfer
Your order will be processed once your payment has been received. Depending on your bank, this may take two to four business days. The items you ordered will be reserved for you from the moment the order confirmation is sent until your payment is received (maximum of ten business days).
(4) PayPal
If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal during the checkout process. If you are already a PayPal customer, simply log in with your credentials and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can sign in as a guest or open a PayPal account. The invoice amount will be debited directly from your PayPal account. Once the payment has been confirmed (usually within a few minutes), your order will be processed immediately.
(5) PayPal "Pay Later"
If you select PayPal "Pay Later", you will be redirected to PayPal during checkout. Existing PayPal customers can log in as usual. New customers can sign up or continue as a guest.
You confirm the payment with a 30-day delay. The amount will be debited from your PayPal account only after 30 days. However, we receive the payment immediately and can process your order right away.
(6) Credit and Debit Card
To pay by credit or debit card, select "Credit and Debit Card" during checkout. You will be prompted to enter your card details. You can then complete the order. Your order will be processed immediately.
(7) Apple Pay
Apple Pay is available when ordering via Apple devices (e.g. iPhone, iPad).
After selecting Apple Pay, you will be asked to confirm the payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. The amount will be charged to the credit card linked to your Apple Pay account. Once the payment has been confirmed (usually within a few minutes), your order will be processed immediately.
(8) Google Pay
If you select Google Pay during checkout, you will be prompted to complete your payment using your Google account. After logging in, choose one of the credit cards stored in your Google account.
Once confirmed, your order will be completed and processed immediately.
(9) SEPA Direct Debit
You can authorize us to collect the invoice amount via SEPA direct debit.
By granting this authorization, you allow us to debit the amount from your specified account ten days after the invoice date. The advance notice period (prenotification) is shortened to one day and is sent to you with the order confirmation via email.
You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available. Any fees resulting from returned or failed debits shall be borne by you, unless the failure was caused by us.
(10) Invoice (from the second order)
Payment by invoice is available from your second order onward.
In this case, you will receive the invoice with the shipment, including all necessary payment details.
(11) iDEAL (for orders from the Netherlands)
For orders placed from the Netherlands, you can select iDEAL as your payment method during checkout.
You will be redirected to a page where you can choose your Dutch bank (e.g., ING, ABN AMRO, Rabobank).
After selecting your bank, you will be redirected to your online banking login. All payment details (amount, recipient, purpose) will be pre-filled. Check the information and confirm the payment via TAN, app, or QR code.
After successful payment, you will be redirected back to the shop. Your order will be completed and processed immediately.
(12) Refunds for Returns
If you return one or more items, the corresponding value will be refunded to the original payment method used - either your bank account, PayPal account, or credit card.
§ 3 Prices and shipping costs
(1) The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed.
(2) Shipping costs are not included in the total prices.
(3) Within Germany, we offer free shipping on orders over 50 euros. For orders under 50 euros, we charge 5 euros for shipping.
(4) For orders from the Netherlands and Austria, we offer free shipping on orders over 100 euros. For orders under 100 euros, we charge 10 euros for shipping.
For orders from other EU countries, we offer free shipping for orders over 100 euros. For orders under 100 euros, we charge 15 euros for shipping.
(5) For orders from the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland, we offer free shipping for orders over 150 euros. For orders under 150 euros, we charge 20 euros for shipping.
For orders from the USA, Brazil, Australia and New Zealand, we offer free shipping for orders over 200 euros. For orders under 200 euros, we charge 50 euros shipping fees.
For orders from other non-European countries, we offer free shipping for orders over 200 euros. For orders under 200 euros, we charge 30 euros for shipping.
(6) Please note that for deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties, VAT and customs clearance costs may be added to the invoice amount and shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office.
§ 4 Terms of delivery
(1) Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States of America.
Shipping is fast and secure with our shipping service provider DHL. All orders received by us by 2 pm on weekdays are processed by us immediately and handed over to DHL on the same day. Please note that when paying in advance, we wait for receipt of payment before we ship.
(2) Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered within 1 - 2 days in Germany and within 5 - 7 days for deliveries abroad. Please note that no delivery will be made on Sundays and public holidays.
§ 5 Liability for defects
The statutory liability for defects applies.
