Shipping

We deliver within Germany and to the following countries: Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States of America.

Shipping is fast and secure with DHL.

All orders received by 2 pm on weekdays will be shipped the same day. If you pay in advance, we will ship only after we have received your payment.

Delivery takes place within 1-2 working days in Germany and within 5-7 working days in all other countries. 

Shipping costs

Within Germany we ship free of charge if the order value exceeds 50 Euro. For orders under 50 Euro we charge 5 Euro shipping costs.

For EU countries orders we ship free of charge from an order value of 150 Euro. For orders under 150 Euro we charge 10 Euro shipping fees.

For orders from Iceland, Israel, Lichtenstein, Norway and Switzerland we ship free of charge from an order value of 150 euros. For orders under 150 euros we charge 10 euros shipping costs.

For orders from the United Kingdom we ship free of charge for orders over 150 euros. For orders under 150 euros we charge a shipping fee of 20 euros.

For orders from all other countries we ship free of charge from an order value of 250 euros. For orders under 250 euros we charge 20 euros shipping costs.

Please note that for delivery to countries outside the EU, customs duties, VAT and customs clearance costs may be added to the invoice amount and shipping costs. Please inform yourself at your local customs office.

The shipping costs can only be calculated once the item is in the basket.
