Shipping

We deliver within Germany and to the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, USA, United Kingdom. 

Shipping is fast and secure with DHL.

All orders received by 2 p.m. on working days are dispatched on the same day. If you pay in advance, we will only dispatch your order after receipt of payment.

Shipping costs and runtime

We ship free of charge within Germany for orders over 50 euros. For orders under 50 euros, we charge 5 euros shipping costs. Delivery within Germany takes 1-2 working days.

For orders from the Netherlands and Austria, we ship free of charge from an order value of 100 euros. For orders under 100 Euro we charge 10 Euro shipping costs. Delivery takes place within 2-3 working days.

For orders from other EU countries, we ship free of charge from an order value of 100 euros. For orders under 100 euros, we charge a shipping fee of 15 euros. Delivery takes place within 2-5 working days.

For orders from Great Britain, Norway and Switzerland, we ship free of charge for orders over 150 euros. For orders under 150 euros, we charge a shipping fee of 20 euros. Delivery takes place within 3-5 working days.

For orders from Brazil, Australia and New Zealand, we ship free of charge for orders over 200 euros. For orders under 200 Euro we charge 50 Euro shipping costs. Delivery takes place within 2-9 working days.

For orders from other non-European countries, we ship free of charge from an order value of 200 euros. For orders under 200 euros, we charge 30 euros shipping costs. Delivery takes place within 7-10 working days.

Please note that customs duties, VAT and customs clearance costs may be added to the invoice amount and shipping costs for deliveries to countries outside the EU. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
